Supporting people through practical help and human connection
What it is
The Carevan Foundation provides practical support to people in the community who are facing hardship.
This includes preparing and delivering meals, supporting local programs, and creating simple moments of care and connection.

How it works
Carevan’s work spans a range of community-focused activities, including:
- collecting food
- supporting high school cooking programs
- preparing school lunches
- delivering meals to people in need
- teaching dental hygiene
- assembling Street Care Packs
It’s a wide-reaching effort built around helping people in practical ways.
Freestylers involvement
Several Freestylers members have completed their training and induction and have begun volunteering with Carevan.
It’s a hands-on way to contribute and support the work already happening in the community.
Why it matters
For many people, a Carevan meal is more than just food.
It can be a moment of kindness, hope, and human connection.
